What is Mysore class?
Mysore class is a traditional way to learn Ashtanga yoga. The class got it’s name after the Indian city Mysore, where this practice has been started by Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois.
During the class students perform specific sequence of asanas (positions) in their own rhythm, synchronising the movement with the breath. The teacher is giving explanations on breath, movement and sequence to each student individually.
From 10th to 21st of December Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00 to 9:00. Additional class on Wednesday 19.12 from 8:00 to 10:30.
The classes will take place in the apartment near Square du Temple (Paris 3rd). The space is reserved for 8 students.

The pass for two weeks – 60 euros.
One class – 15 euros.
What do I need to start?
Nothing special. Yoga mat if you have one, otherwise we will arrange one for you 🙂
