• It is recommended not to eat during 3 hours before practice, and not to drink a lot during 30 min before. No food and drinks accepted during class.
  • No particular outfit is necessary, it should not limit you movements for you to feel comfortable.
  • Yoga mat is provided in studio, for private classes you should have your own mat or borrow one from me.
  • Remember to always inform your teacher of any health issues or pain before starting the class.
  • Yoga practice is more beneficial when performed regularly.
